The wet material is continuously and uniformly conveyed by the feeder to the inner cylinder, and then it is scattered and propelled by the spiral thrower and is further broken by the intermediate disperser to form a curtain-like contact with the heat. The water rapidly forms a steam and is drawn by the induced draft fan. The almost dried material enters the middle cylinder and the outer cylinder and full contact with the heat to reach the drying requirements and then enter the discharge bin.
Cyclone dust collector is used to separate dust from sand. It can effectively separate more than 80% of dust.
