One set of Aimix dry mixed mortar production line was exported to Russia in July, 2018. The following are some pictures took on the installlation site. The Russia customers were installing the dry mortar plant equipment under the instruction of our engineers. After the completion of installation work, this dry mix mortar plant will be put into use.
This set of dry mortar production line belongs to full-automatic type. It consists of a dry mortar mixer, a finished storage silo, a packaging machine, a bucket elevator, a mixing chamber, a dust collector, an air pressure system, a sand drying system and a control system.
The output of this dry mortar plant is about 50t/h. it is a large sized dry mortar plant. Compared to smaller type dry mortar mix plant, the investment of this plant is a little higher, but the profits it can bring to the owners are also higher.
